Neon Talent Solutions is delighted to be partnering with an industry-leading organisation that specialises in delivering exciting, innovative commercial permanent Audio-Visual installations across the entertainment, and education sectors, to recruit Installations Project Manager (Permanent Installations) for the London & Home Counties region on a full time, permanent basis.LOCATION: Fully Remote with occasional travel to sites in London and the Home CountiesWe're looking for a Technical Installation Project Manager to join their Projects team and take the lead on technically complex, high-impact construction projects across iconic venues and creative spaces including Theatres, Universities and Broadcasting. This is an incredible opportunity to combine your project leadership experience with a passion for technology and the arts with a truly people-first organisation.Whats Available To YouSalary Basic to £45,000 DOE + Car Allowance + Quarterly Bonus + Annual Profit Related Bonus SchemeCar Allowance £6,600 per annumAnnual Profit Share Bonus Scheme + Quarterly Bonus25 Days holiday per annum (Rising to 30 days) + Bank HolidaysAdditional Holiday Purchase SchemeHealthcare Cash PlanEntry into Monthly Events DrawGiving Back - Paid Volunteering DaysAnnual Training & Development Fund (individual)What You'll Be Doing As A Installation Project Manager (Audio-Visual)As a Technical Project Manager, youll be the driving force behind the full lifecycle of permanent installation projects, working with cutting-edge equipment across theatres, universities, community spaces, creative venues and broadcasting - to name a few.From client briefing and technical scoping, through to delivery, compliance, and final sign-off you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.Youll work closely with Business Development Managers, translating client briefs into technical solutions, supporting bids and tenders, and ensuring seamless project delivery from concept to completion.Supporting BDMs with site visits, technical scoping and costingLeading the planning and execution of installation projectsManaging timelines, resources, site staff and subcontractorsProducing RAMS, HSEQ plans and ensuring safety and complianceHosting progress meetings and client check-insHandling project documentation, financial tracking and post-installation reviewsMaintaining strong client relationships and supporting repeat businessWhat Youll BringProven experience managing permanent installations or technical fit-outsIndustry experience in entertainment tech, AV , construction or building servicesAbility to collaborate closely with commercial/BD teams and convert specs into delivery plansStrong understanding of HSEQ, RAMS and on-site protocolsExcellent planning, time management and stakeholder communicationCommercial awareness and the ability to deliver profitable, high-quality projectsA full UK driving licence and willingness to travelLocated within reasonable commutable distance ofLondon & Home Counties regions due to occasional onsite commitmentsIf you're excited by the idea of delivering standout installations for some of the UKs most recognisable venues and want to be part of an organisation who are genuinely invested in their people and culture.
