We are inviting applications for a dedicated Primary Teacher to join our welcoming team at a two-form entry school in Stowmarket. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and educational lessons suitable for reception pupils.
  • \n
  • Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development.
  • \n
  • Assess and record each child’s progress, adapting teaching materials to meet their individual needs.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with other teaching staff to enhance the curriculum and learning experience.
  • \n
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their children’s progress and welfare.
  • \n
  • Participate in school events, training sessions, and staff meetings.
  • \n
  • Uphold the school's policies and standards to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • \n
  • Experience in teaching at the reception level or early years education.
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to create an engaging and positive learning environment.
