What will your day look like:\nAs a Major & Complex Desk-Based Loss Adjuster, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of high-net-worth, major loss, and technically complex property claims, including significant escape of oil and other specialist losses.
\nWorking closely with clients, brokers, policyholders, and industry professionals, you'll drive claims to resolution while maintaining the highest standards of technical accuracy and customer service.
\nThis is an opportunity to utilise your expertise on some of the most challenging claims in the market without the need for extensive travel.
Managing a portfolio of major, complex, and high-net-worth property claims from instruction through to settlementDelivering exceptional service levels in line with client expectations and demanding technical standardsProactively progressing claims while maintaining strong control of costs, timescales, and customer outcomesProducing clear, accurate, and high-quality reports and recommendationsBuilding trusted relationships with insurers, brokers, policyholders, and internal stakeholdersEnsuring compliance with company procedures and client-specific requirementsAchieving key performance and quality targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards\n#INDUKI
Knowledge and Abilities:\nWe're looking for a confident and technically capable adjuster who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys tackling complex claims challenges.Essential Experience & Skills
\nExperience within a loss adjusting practice or insurer environmentSignificant exposure to major loss and complex property claimsStrong technical property claims knowledge with a proven track record of successful claim resolutionExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to make sound decisions and manage competing priorities effectivelySelf-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working autonomouslyAdaptable and flexible in a changing and evolving claims environmentA passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
