As Administrator, you will provide comprehensive support across the business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations. Duties will include:

  • Managing diaries, meetings, and scheduling requirements
  • \n
  • Preparing, formatting, and maintaining professional documentation and reports
  • \n
  • Monitoring shared inboxes and handling correspondence
  • \n
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • \n
  • Supporting client onboarding and compliance-related administration
  • \n
  • Coordinating meetings and preparing meeting documentation
  • \n
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • \n
  • Providing general administrative and operational support as required
  • \n
\n

This is an initial temporary assignment with a genuine opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. The role is based in Glasgow, with hybrid and flexible working arrangements available.

\n What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in an Administration, Office Administrator, Team Administrator, or Operations Administrator role
  • \n
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • \n
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • \n
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • \n
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • \n
  • Experience within financial services, banking, insurance, investments, compliance, or another regulated environment would be highly advantageous
  • \n
