You'll complete both planned and reactive maintenance tasks, working closely with the Fabric Manager and wider maintenance team to ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.The ideal candidate will have a background in carpentry or painting & decorating, with experience in commercial maintenance or a similar environment.
