We are actively looking to secure a Project Administrator / PMO Support Analyst to join Experis.

Job Purpose/The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for three Project Administrator / PMO Support professionals to join a large-scale programme environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, excellent stakeholder management capability, and experience supporting project or programme delivery teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:

    \n
  • Provide project administration and PMO support across programme activities
  • \n
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • \n
  • Work closely with communications teams to support strategic messaging and engagement activities
  • \n
  • Support the identification of improvement and growth opportunities
  • \n
  • Prepare presentations, reports and programme updates for stakeholders
  • \n
  • Assist with issue resolution and problem-solving activities
  • \n
  • Support governance, coordination and general programme administration
  • \n
\n

Your Skills:

\n
    \n
  • Previous PMO, Project Support or Project Administration experience
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • \n
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across teams
  • \n
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills
  • \n
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • \n
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • \n
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years' continuous UK residency
  • \n
