\nSalary: £33,000 - £46,000 per annum (inclusive of Outer London Weighting)

\nAbout the RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lecturer & Assessor to join a vibrant and supportive Further Education team in West London.
\nIn this dual-focused role, you will deliver high-quality teaching across Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years qualifications, while also training, assessing, and monitoring Work-Based Learning (WBL) students and Apprentices within the workplace to ensure occupational competence.
\nKey ResponsibilitiesTeach and deliver engaging sessions across Level 1 to Level 3 courses, including T Levels (Early Years Educator and Assisting Teaching pathways).
\nAssess WBL learners and Apprentices in the workplace against national standards.
\nMonitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and track achievement across full study programmes.
\nMaintain high standards of quality assurance in line with awarding body (NCFE) guidelines.
\nBuild and nurture strong working relationships with local Early Years employers.
\nAbout YouWe are looking for a dedicated professional with strong, recent industry experience in both Early Years Education and Care.
\nEssential Requirements:
\nQualifications: Minimum Level 3 NVQ/VRQ in Early Years or Teaching Assistant (a relevant Degree is highly desirable).
\nAssessing Qualification: Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA), A1, or equivalent.
\nTeaching Qualification: Level 5 FE-recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, DET, Cert Ed).
\nExperience: Proven experience teaching and assessing Early Years qualifications within an FE or training provider setting, alongside recent practical workplace experience.
