Job Description
Revenue Controller - (12 month FTC)
\nPinpoint Resourcing are working with an exciting Legal business who are seeking a Revenue Controller to join their finance function for a 12 month fixed term contract.
\n Key Duties & Responsibilities\n- \n
- Support the implementation and optimisation of a firmwide billing system upgrade, acting as a key point of contact for billing-related queries. \n
- Assist with the rollout of new billing templates, workflows, and process improvements across the business. \n
- Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on billing processes and system functionality. \n
- Manage the end-to-end billing process, including the preparation, review, and posting of invoices. \n
- Ensure all costs, expenses, and third-party charges are accurately recorded and billed. \n
- Review work in progress (WIP) balances and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely invoicing. \n
- Monitor and process electronic invoices through various e-billing platforms. \n
- Provide accurate billing, revenue, and WIP information to fee earners and management teams. \n
- Work closely with colleagues across finance to support revenue collection and resolve billing queries. \n
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to help drive efficient billing and revenue management. \n
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and support additional finance-related duties as required. \n

- Proven experience in Revenue Control and end-to-end billing within a legal or professional services environment. \n
- Strong knowledge of e-billing platforms, WIP management, and invoicing processes. \n
Salary and additional information:
\n- \n
- £45,000 - £50,000 per annum \n
- Hybrid (3 days in the office 2 days work from home) \n
