Clean Room Wall Panel Fitter

We are recruiting an experienced Clean Room Wall Panel Fitter to support ongoing installation and fabrication work within a controlled clean-room environment. The role involves fitting, assembling, and finishing metal wall panels, framework sections, and modular clean-room structures to precise standards. A background in fabrication or metalwork is essential, and previous clean-room experience is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and fit clean-room wall panels, metal framework sections, and modular components
\n
• Carry out accurate measuring, cutting, aligning, and fixing of panels and supporting structures
\n
• Work from technical drawings, layout plans, and fabrication specifications
\n
• Ensure all work meets clean-room contamination control standards, including correct gowning and housekeeping
\n
• Use fabrication tools and equipment to prepare and finish metal components
\n
• Collaborate with clean-room, engineering, and project teams to maintain workflow and installation quality
\n
• Complete work to tight tolerances with a strong focus on precision and cleanliness
\n
• Follow all H&S procedures, including safe handling of materials, tools, and PPE requirements
\n

Skills & Experience Required

\n
• Proven experience infabrication, metalwork, or panel fitting
\n
• Strong understanding of precision installationand working to technical drawings
\n
• Ability to work withinclean-room or controlled environments (advantageous but not essential)
\n
• Confident using fabrication tools such as saws, drills, grinders, and measuring equipment
\n
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
\n
• Strong awareness of H&S, contamination control, and safe working practices
\n

Desirable

• Experience installing modular clean-room systems or metal panel structures
\n
• Background in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or high-spec manufacturing environments

• Knowledge of stainless-steel fabrication or light-gauge metal assemblies
