Job Title: HGV Class 1 Driver (C+E) - Trunking Only - no handballing required\n
Location:Manchester\n
Pay Rate: £17.98 - £20.17 p/h (Holiday pay rolled up for the higher rate)\n
Bonus Payment: £150 for signing up and working 12 weeks\n
Shifts:Monday to Friday - 07:30 start times\n
Licence: Class 1 licence - essential\n
Experience: Minimum 12 months Class 1 experience required\n
\nIgnition Driver Recruitment are looking for a reliable, experienced HGV Class 1 Driverto join our clients team and play a vital role in keeping the supply chain moving.This is a permanent position with a well known transport company based in Manchester.\n
What You'll Do:\n

\n
• Safely operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles on planned routes
\n
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and complete relevant paperwork
\n
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries or collections
\n
• Follow all driving laws and company procedures
\n
• Represent the company professionally at client sites
\n

What You Need:\n
\n

\n
• A valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence
\n
• A current UK Driver CPC (DCPC) card and avalid Digital Tachograph card
\n
• Up to 6 points accepted on licence (No DD, DR, CD, TT, IN endorsements)
\n
• A professional attitude and good communication skills
\n
