With its own in-house technology infrastructure this underpins the iForce offering to customers.At Culina Group we have a winning culture, we believe that our culture is one of the reasons our company continues to thrive A place where you're valued, challenged, and inspired!We are now recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Team at iForce Panattoni Park, Northampton on a Full time and permanent position.Job Description Shift : Monday-Friday 6am 14:00, 37.5 hours per week (Any 5 from 7 so flexibility required in future)Salary :£25,577.37 basic + 10% Team Leader allowance.Your job duties will include but not limited to the following: Please be advised that the main job title will be Warehouse Colleague with Team Leader allowance.Managing and motivating the team ensuring that productivity is achieved.Developing and training all team members so that their contributions can be maximized.Carrying out daily briefings ensuring that the team is kept up to date with all relevant information.Ensuring that all areas of the warehouse comply with the Companies Health & Safety and hygiene policies.Ensuring that the shift performance is achieved.Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and conduct validations to ensure accuracy avoiding stockouts including efficient and safe storage of goods.Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, shortages or damages updating stock information on computer system and warehouse WMS.Assemble customer orders from the order profileEnsure the correct amount of product is picked and built correctly and safely, onto pallets in line with warehouse proceduresMaintain high levels of Health & Safety at all timesMaintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouseQualifications Attention to detail.Practical skills in inventory software (WMS, Microsoft Office)Good communication Strong organizational abilitiesAble to work to targets within a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of verbal and numerical reasoningConscientious and reliable natureAdditional Information What you get in return:Competitive basic salaryCompetitive holidaysLife assurancePension SchemeRetail discountsThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a personable and growing business with plenty of opportunities and a great team.If you meet the criteria above and are interested in and use to working in a fast paced organisation then click apply now and #joinourwinningteam!TPBN1_UKTJ
