Senior Support Worker About the roleWe're looking for a caring Senior Support Worker to join MacIntyre and help us deliver an excellent quality of life for the people we support.You'll play a hands-on, senior role within the team, supporting people with their person-centred plans, personal care and daily lives, while also helping to coach, mentor and supervise colleagues. Working with the Manager you will monitor and control expenditure to ensure there are robust budget controls in place. You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and our own processes and procedures.Your ability to drive unlocks the opportunities for people to do the things they really enjoy.
