• Perform calibration of dimensional measuring instruments and reference standards to ensure accuracy and compliance.
\n

• Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) using PC-DMIS software.
\n
• Carry out dimensional inspections and verification activities to support production and quality requirements.
\n
• Lead root cause analysis investigations relating to dimensional and quality concerns, implementing effective corrective actions.
\n
• Maintain accurate and detailed calibration records, reports, and supporting documentation.
\n
• Work closely with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with customer requirements.

Contract Metrologist Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications\n

\n
• Previous experience working as a Metrologist, Calibration Engineer, CMM Engineer, or similar role.
\n
• Extensive MCOSMOS programming experience.
\n
• Strong understanding of dimensional metrology and calibration processes.
\n
• Experience using a variety of precision measuring equipment and inspection tools.
\n
