- Producing detailed mechanical designs and calculations for building services projects. \n
- Liaising with clients and project stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions. \n
- Reviewing and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. \n
- Attending project meetings and providing technical input to ensure successful project delivery. \n
- Supporting senior engineers and mentoring junior team members as required. \n

- Develop mechanical building services designs and calculations for a variety of projects. \n
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated engineering solutions. \n
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and design documentation. \n
- Conduct site inspections and attend project meetings to ensure designs are implemented effectively. \n
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations, standards, and client requirements. \n
- Contribute to the delivery of sustainable and commercially viable engineering solutions. \n

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in mechanical building services design. \n
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering. \n
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Hevacomp and/or TAS is advantageous. \n
- Strong knowledge of Building Regulations, CIBSE guidance, and relevant industry standards. \n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills. \n
- The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment. \n
