Commercial Solicitor An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor to join a highly regarded Central London-based firm. Working closely with experienced senior lawyers, you'll advise a diverse client base ranging from SMEs and fast-growth businesses to larger commercial organisations.

The Role

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts
\n
• Advise on technology, AI and data protection matters
\n
• Support on corporate transactions, including M&A work
\n
• Work directly with clients and build long-term relationships
\n
• Contribute to business development and networking activities
\n
• Mentor and support a paralegal within the team
\n

About You

\n
• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years' PQE
\n
• Strong commercial contracts experience
\n
• Knowledge of technology, AI, data privacy and UK GDPR
\n
• Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
\n
• Comfortable managing client relationships and working in a collaborative team environment
\n
• Experience gained in a City, national, boutique or in-house environment would be beneficial
\n
