HR Resourcing Advisor
\nI'm currently supporting a fantastic Further Education organisation that is looking to bring on board an HR Resourcing Advisor to join their HR team.
\nThis is a great opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional who enjoys a varied role, working closely with hiring managers and playing a key part in delivering effective, compliant and inclusive recruitment across the College.
\nWhat you'll be doing:
\n- \n
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment campaigns, including advertising, shortlisting, interview coordination and offer management \n
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide advice on recruitment approaches \n
- Ensuring recruitment activity is compliant with College policies, safeguarding requirements and employment legislation \n
- Supporting safer recruitment and inclusive recruitment practices, including guaranteed interview schemes \n
- Maintaining the recruitment/ATS system and ensuring an excellent candidate experience \n
- Supporting longlisting and advising on inclusive shortlisting practices \n
- Sitting on interview panels in an advisory capacity, ensuring recruitment procedures are followed and implicit bias is challenged \n
- Managing the Preferred Supplier List (PSL) of agencies and ensuring agency usage is cost-effective \n
- Supporting workforce planning, talent pipelines and attraction strategies for hard-to-fill vacancies \n
- Producing recruitment reports and using data such as time-to-hire, vacancy rates and cost-per-hire to support decision-making \n
What we're looking for:
\n- \n
- Previous experience managing recruitment processes \n
- Knowledge of employment legislation, safeguarding and inclusive recruitment \n
- Experience using HR/recruitment systems and Microsoft Office \n
- Ideally, experience within an education or public sector environment \n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills \n
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities \n
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving recruitment processes \n
