GTM Systems EngineerManchester City Centre | Hybrid Working | Up to £55,000 + BenefitsWe're partnered with an exciting tech business in Manchester that's growing quickly and looking to bring in a GTM Systems Engineer to support its commercial teams.This role sits at the intersection of data, systems and sales, making sure the business has the right information, processes and tools in place to help teams perform at their best. You'll work closely with sales and commercial stakeholders, helping to improve reporting, streamline workflows and maintain the quality of data across the business.If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, getting stuck into data and finding smarter ways of working, this could be a great fit.What You'll Be DoingManaging and improving data quality across CRM and GTM platformsSupporting data cleansing, enrichment and ongoing database maintenanceBuilding reports and dashboards that help commercial teams make informed decisionsWorking closely with sales teams to understand challenges and improve processesSupporting lead management, routing and sales workflowsCollaborating with both technical and non-technical teams to improve systems and efficiencyIdentifying opportunities to automate manual tasks and remove bottlenecksHelping ensure commercial teams have access to accurate, reliable and actionable dataAbout YouWe're open to people coming from a range of backgrounds, including:Sales OperationsRevenue OperationsCommercial AnalyticsData AnalyticsCRM AdministrationBusiness IntelligenceYou'll ideally have experience with:Clay, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Apollo or similarExcelSQLPower BISalesforce or another CRM platformSupporting sales, commercial or customer-facing teamsBuilding reports, dashboards and insights from dataImproving processes and driving efficienciesCommunicating effectively with a mix of technical and non-technical stakeholdersMost importantly, you'll be naturally curious, proactive and enjoy finding better ways of doing things.What's In It For You?Salary up to £55,000Hybrid 2-3 days a week in office and flexible workingManchester City Centre office locationOpportunity to join a growing tech business at an exciting stagePlenty of ownership and autonomy from day oneExposure to modern GTM tools, systems and processesStraightforward two-stage interview processPlease note: Unfortunately, sponsorship cannot be provided for this role.
