Title: Groundworker South West London

Contract Type: Permanent Full time 40 hours per week

Salary: £35,530 per annum single trade

Grade: DM Tech 05

\n

Working Location: South West London

\n

Reporting Office: Sidcup

\n

Persona: Mobile/Field Based Worker

\n

Working Pattern: 8 to 5 Monday to Friday. Call outs per rota basis

\n

Join our Repairs Team:

\n

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Groundworker to become part of our in-house Maintenance Team. A company vehicle for business use, PDA fuel card, Uniform and PPE and parking paid will all be provided.

\n

Our South West London region is one of our largest operational areas, covering Sutton, Croydon, Battersea, Wandsworth, Merton, Guildford, Redhill, and the surrounding areas. While successful candidates will be allocated a primary working area, they may be expected to work across the wider South West region as required to support service delivery.

\n

The role will include all aspects of groundwork need to have experience in Fencing, Brickwork and pointing. Concrete works, and Slabbing. We welcome knowledge of additional trades.

\n

Candidates will have experience in drainage repair and renewing, flagging, fencing, concrete works, tarmac patching, and manhole repairs. We also carry out High Pressure water jetting of drains, experience of jetting isnt required as full training will be provided to the right candidate.

\n

The focus will be on high-quality work, outstanding customer service and the right first-time attitude. You will be required to work as part of a larger team as part of this role.

\n

The role requires a knowledge of building and housing preferably with the Social Housing Environment. Customer Service skills and ability to deal with vulnerable people.
