Your new role An established and growing property consultancy is seeking an experienced Valuation Surveyor to join its professional team, specialising in commercial lender valuations across a diverse portfolio of assets.

This is an excellent opportunity for an MRICS-qualified surveyor looking to focus on high-quality valuation work for a range of lending institutions, including high street banks, specialist lenders and private finance providers.The role offers a varied workload encompassing office, industrial, retail, leisure and mixed-use properties across the Midlands and surrounding regions.

What you'll need to succeed They will bring strong technical expertise across residential and commercial assets, along with the ability to manage workload independently, communicate clearly with internal teams, and maintain consistently high reporting standards. This role suits a detail-driven surveyor with proven experience in compliance valuations, strong knowledge of East Midlands property markets, and confidence working in a remote surveying environment.
