Day-to-day of the role:

  • Respond to customer and dealer enquiries via telephone, email, and CRM systems.
  • \n
  • Provide accurate information and support across a wide range of products and services.
  • \n
  • Investigate customer queries and collaborate with internal teams to achieve effective resolutions.
  • \n
  • Follow up on enquiries to ensure a positive customer experience and timely completion.
  • \n
  • Manage warranty-related queries and liaise with workshop and technical teams regarding progress.
  • \n
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Escalate any recurring issues, safety concerns, or unusual product failures as appropriate.
  • \n
  • Produce customer guidance documents and support materials.
  • \n
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and understanding of company products and services.
  • \n
  • Ensure compliance with company Health & Safety and Quality procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, warranty administration, aftersales support, service coordination, technical administration, or a similar role.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence handling telephone and email enquiries.
  • \n
  • Strong problem-solving and investigative skills.
  • \n
  • A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering positive outcomes.
  • \n
  • Calm, professional, and organised, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
  • \n
  • Experience building effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • \n
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • \n
  • An interest in engineering, technology, or technical products would be advantageous, but full product training will be provided.
