Application Business Consultant Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire Hybrid Working An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Application Business Consultant to join an established software company within its growing professional services team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong ERP implementation experience who enjoys working directly with customers, understanding business processes and delivering software solutions that meet their requirements.The Role As an Application Business Consultant, youll work closely with customers to understand their business processes and requirements before recommending and implementing the right ERP solutions. Youll be involved across the full customer journey, from process reviews and requirements gathering through to configuring and implementing new modules, integrations and functionality. Youll also provide customer training and knowledge transfer and work closely with development teams on software modifications.The role will involve both remote and on-site customer consultancy, so some travel to customer sites will be required.What You Need 45 years experience implementing and configuring ERP solutionsStrong understanding of ERP systems and business processesExperience gathering customer requirements and carrying out process reviewsStrong customer-facing and consultancy skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfident presenting and communicating with senior stakeholdersExperience delivering customer training and knowledge transferA commercial and customer-focused approachWhats on Offer?
