You could be working on structural, civil, water or roading infrastructure projects depending on your experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reportsAdminister contracts and monitor contractual obligationsEvaluate and process subcontractor claims and variationsUndertake procurement and subcontract management activitiesPrepare and negotiate progress claims and final accountsIdentify commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycleSupport project teams with financial and commercial adviceEnsure accurate cost tracking and reporting across projectsWhat you will bringAs an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor within the civil and structural infrastructure and construction infrastructure sector you will have;Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Estimator within the construction, infrastructure, or civil sectorsStrong understanding of contract administration and cost management principlesExperience managing variations, claims, forecasting, and reportingExcellent negotiation and stakeholder management skillsStrong attention to detail and analytical capabilityRelevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related disciplineAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environmentIn addition to technical expertise, we're looking for professionals who are collaborative, adaptable, safety-focused, and passionate about delivering quality infrastructure.
