HR Resourcing Advisor ??I'm currently supporting a fantastic Further Education organisation that is looking to bring on board an HR Resourcing Advisor to join their HR team.This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional who enjoys a varied role, working closely with hiring managers and playing a key part in delivering effective, compliant and inclusive recruitment across the College.?? What you'll be doing:Supporting end-to-end recruitment campaigns , including advertising, shortlisting, interview coordination and offer managementWorking closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide advice on recruitment approachesEnsuring recruitment activity is compliant with College policies, safeguarding requirements and employment legislationSupporting safer recruitment and inclusive recruitment practices , including guaranteed interview schemesMaintaining the recruitment/ATS system and ensuring an excellent candidate experienceSupporting longlisting and advising on inclusive shortlisting practicesSitting on interview panels in an advisory capacity, ensuring recruitment procedures are followed and implicit bias is challengedManaging the Preferred Supplier List (PSL) of agencies and ensuring agency usage is cost-effectiveSupporting workforce planning, talent pipelines and attraction strategies for hard-to-fill vacanciesProducing recruitment reports and using data such as time-to-hire, vacancy rates and cost-per-hire to support decision-making?? What we're looking for:Previous experience managing recruitment processesKnowledge of employment legislation, safeguarding and inclusive recruitmentExperience using HR/recruitment systems and Microsoft OfficeIdeally, experience within an education or public sector environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesA proactive approach to problem-solving and improving recruitment processesThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Advisor, Resourcing Advisor or HR Recruitment professional looking to take on a varied role within an education environment.??
