Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire (Hybrid)Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

The Opportunity \n

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially astute Senior FP&A Manager to join a growing and dynamic organisation in Oxford.

This highly visible role will provide strategic financial leadership and support decision-making across a large-scale operational division. Working closely with senior stakeholders and operational leaders, you will drive budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and financial analysis while ensuring resources are aligned to strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities Finance Business Partnering \n
    \n
  • Act as the lead finance contact for a major operational area.
  • \n
  • Provide financial leadership, strategic insight and commercial challenge to senior stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Support investment appraisals, business cases and strategic decision-making.
  • \n
  • Deliver financial modelling, scenario analysis and risk assessments.
  • \n
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • \n
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • \n
  • Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, systems and reporting.
  • \n
Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting \n
    \n
  • Lead the month-end management accounts process.
  • \n
  • Manage annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles.
  • \n
  • Produce insightful financial reports and variance analysis for leadership teams.
  • \n
  • Develop presentations that clearly communicate financial performance and future outlook.
  • \n
  • Maintain and enhance long-range financial models (5+ years).
  • \n
  • Build and improve driver-based forecasting models at project and programme level.
  • \n
  • Support finance system enhancements and automation initiatives.
  • \n
About You \n

We are seeking a qualified finance professional who combines strong technical expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Essential Requirements \n
    \n
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
  • \n
  • Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering or FP&A leadership role.
  • \n
  • Strong management accounting and financial planning expertise.
  • \n
  • Experience producing and presenting management information to senior stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • \n
  • Strong financial modelling and forecasting capability.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to translate complex financial information into clear business insights.
  • \n
  • Experience working with ERP and reporting systems (Oracle Fusion advantageous).
  • \n
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • \n
  • Proactive, adaptable and comfortable operating within a fast-paced environment.
