If you've built your career as a carpenter, joiner or skilled tradesperson and want to use your technical expertise in a new way, this could be the perfect next step.Your new role This is far more than a traditional training position.You'll become one of our clients leading product experts, showcasing innovative tools and solutions to customers, dealers, sales teams and industry professionals across the UK and Ireland. You'll help inspire others through live demonstrations, hands-on training sessions, national events and engaging video content.One day you could be filming technical product demonstrations with the marketing team, the next you might be delivering training to a room full of sales professionals or representing the company at a major trade event.Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering engaging product demonstrations and technical training \n
- Creating both technical and inspirational video content \n
- Supporting product launches and marketing initiatives \n
- Acting as a trusted technical expert for internal teams and customers \n
- Representing the business at dealer events, exhibitions and industry shows \n
- Working closely with sales, marketing and product teams on multiple projects \n
This is a highly visible position where no two days are the same. You'll be given the opportunity to become a recognised expert within a market-leading organisation.What you'll need to succeed We're keen to hear from candidates with strong technical and practical experience, particularly those from a carpentry, joinery, woodworking or construction background.You'll ideally have:

- Hands-on experience using professional tools and equipment \n
- The confidence to explain technical concepts to a wide range of audiences \n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills \n
- Strong organisational and project management abilities \n
- A proactive and self-motivated approach \n
- The ability to build credibility with both customers and colleagues \n
- A full UK driving licence \n
Previous experience in training, demonstrations, sales, marketing or content creation would be advantageous, but the most important thing is your technical expertise and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge.What you'll get in return
