You'll negotiate trading terms, develop innovative ranges (including own brand) and create customer-driven strategies that set us apart from competitors. We can offer hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire.Key responsibilities will include:Developing and implementing category strategies to drive sales and profitBuilding strong relationships with domestic and global suppliers, negotiating and agreeing annual trading termsManaging branded and own-brand product rangesCollaborating with cross-functional teams across Supply, Merchandising and MarketingMonitoring market pricing and create effective promotional plansAbout youExperience in a buying role, ideally in Food / Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)Proven ability to develop own-brand ranges and negotiate supplier termsStrong commercial acumen with a passion for productsAbility to work across both digital and in-store retail channelsPets just see people.
