Senior Quantity Surveyor

A close-knit, fast paced Quantity Surveying & Project Management consultancy is looking to add a presentable, client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

Based in East London, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a family-feel Quantity Surveying team who primarily work on a mix of retail and commercial fit-out projects.

Due to an expanding workload, the Quantity Surveying team are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable in client facing situations, and able to deliver projects up to £3m.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Must have 'Fit-Out' project experience
\n
• Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
\n
• Enjoys being part of a close-knit team
\n
• Solid pre and post contract knowledge
\n
• Excellent communication skills
\n
• MRICS or completed a Quantity Surveying degree (or similar)
\n
