Role: Property Manager

Location: East London

Proper Recruitment are working with an established estate agency in East London who are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

\n
• Management of a portfolio of properties
\n
• Work with the branch to prepare properties for a new tenancies
\n
• Respond to tenants maintenance requests
\n
• Ensure properties meet their regulatory and statutory requirements
\n
• Undertake inspections
\n
• Organise/oversee refurbishment works
\n
• Negotiate the prompt return of deposits
\n
• Deliver excellent customer service and communication
\n
• Build trusted relationships with colleagues, landlords, tenants and contractors
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Ideally 2+ Years experience
\n
• Familiarity with FixFlo & Alto beneficial
\n
• IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
\n
• Have a proven background in property management and an all-round knowledge of the industry
\n
• Experience with a portfolio
\n
• Ambitious, dynamic and motivated
\n
• Great communicator
\n
• Excellent time management
\n
• ARLA Qualification a benefit but not a requirement
\n

Benefits:

• Opportunity for 1 day WFH after passing probation
\n

Salary:

\n
• Up to £35,000 per annum
\n

Tenure:

\n
• Full-Time | Monday - Friday
\n
