You'll act as a critical bridge between stakeholders, coordinating seamlessly across local teams, the client's Corporate Real Estate (CRE) group, and internal JLL functions to deliver intelligent workspace solutions.Your focus will center on portfolio optimization and space maximization, leveraging both qualitative insights and quantitative analytics to balance supply with demand. Core responsibilities include maintaining space data integrity, leading the space audit program, and producing actionable portfolio intelligence.Location: Remote, EMEAReporting Structure: Reports to EMEA Occupancy Planner leaderSchedule Requirements: Flexibility required to accommodate APAC/EMEA/AMER time zones.This role will have a team of one, based in India.Key ResponsibilitiesData Management & ReportingDeliver monthly space utilization reports and maintain current space data across the portfolioManage and validate site audit processes to ensure data accuracyMonitor utilization patterns and trends, providing insights that inform strategic decisionsMaintain CAFM system accuracy including space allocations, neighborhood configurations, and employee assignmentsSpace Planning & StrategyGather and analyze space and adjacency requirements from stakeholdersDevelop space plans, block diagrams, and test-fit scenarios using AutoCADCreate and update stack plans reflecting current occupancy and future requirementsDesign and implement occupancy strategies with detailed migration sequencing plansStakeholder CoordinationFacilitate communication between local teams, client CRE leadership, and JLL account managementPresent findings and recommendations clearly to diverse audiencesBuild productive relationships that enable smooth project executionRequired QualificationsExperience & Education7-10 years of experience in corporate environments with focus on strategic space or occupancy planningBachelor's degree in Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, or related fieldTechnical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentationsWorking knowledge of CAFM/IWMS software platformsAutoCAD proficiency for test-fits and area calculationsCore CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCreative thinking to address data limitations and implement process improvementsAbility to work effectively across time zones and with global teamsPreferred QualificationsProactive, innovative mindset with adaptability to changing prioritiesDemonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to team successStrategic thinking capabilities with business acumenIWMS (FMS) experienceWhy JLL?At JLL, we're committed to shaping the future of real estate for a better world.
