The Role of Production Team Leader:

Coordinating the carrot wash line workflow to meet customer orders

Becoming proficient in the camera grading system

Planning and prioritising workloads to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime

Resolve issues quickly to minimise production disruption

Managing stock levels and materials

Ensuring company procedures and standards are followed

Keeping all paperwork accurate and up to date

Maintaining Health & Safety compliance

Supporting continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards

Leading and supporting team members to achieve production targets

What we need from you:

Detail-oriented and quality-focused

Confident leading and motivating a team

Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills

Organised with strong multitasking abilities

Previous experience operating plant machinery within a food production environment

Good standard of English and Maths

Intermediate IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Ability to adapt and respond positively to changing workplace situations

Decision making and conflict resolution

Mentoring and emotional intelligence

Numerical and organisational skills
