HR Officer

We are recruiting a Senior HR Officer to join a growing organisation within the technology sector.This is a varied HR role combining end-to-end recruitment, HR administration and people services , with the opportunity to play a key part in improving recruitment processes, employee experience and HR compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment process from vacancy through to offer and onboardingAdvertise roles, source and shortlist candidates and coordinate interviewsComplete pre-employment and safer recruitment checks, including references, right-to-work and DBS checks where requiredPrepare contracts, offer letters and onboarding documentationManage and monitor probation processesMaintain accurate employee records and HR systemsCoordinate monthly payroll information and liaise with payroll providersProduce HR reports and management informationProvide first-line HR support to managers and employees, escalating complex matters where appropriateSupport workforce planning, talent pools and recruitment initiativesAssist with HR projects, compliance and continuous improvementWe are looking for an organised, proactive and credible HR professional with experience across recruitment and HR administration .The ideal candidate will have:CIPD Level 3 qualification, be working towards it, or have equivalent HR experienceStrong recruitment and HR administration experienceExcellent organisation and prioritisation skillsStrong written and verbal communicationExcellent attention to detail and a professional approach to confidential informationGood Microsoft Office and HR systems experienceThe ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesA practical, solutions-focused approachDesirable: CIPD Level 5 or working towards, education sector experience, talent pooling, recruitment marketing or workforce planning experience.If you're an experienced HR professional looking for a varied role with responsibility across recruitment, HR administration and people services , we'd love to hear from you!If you would like to know how we will store and process your data, please visit The Recruitment Groups home page to read our GDPR Data ProtectionTPBN1_UKTJ
