If you are committed to promoting independence, community inclusion, and person-centred support, we'd love to hear from you.Dundee Outreach ServiceWe are recruiting female only Autism Practitioners to join a 2:1 support team for a young woman with autism and visual impairment.This young lady enjoys:Trips out in the car to the beach and local parksListening to musicAccess the local community via a wheelchairThe successful candidates will be patient, understanding, and confident supporting someone who communicates in their own way via Makaton and amplified vocalisations. A full UK driving licence is preferred , and applicants must be willing to work weekends as part of a flexible rota.Perth Outreach ServiceWe are also recruiting Autism Practitioners to support two young autistic men who have recently left school and are beginning the next stage of their adult lives.You will be:Supporting the individuals to access and participate in their local community and to attend organised activities and pursue their interests.We are looking for enthusiastic individuals, particularly within the Perth area, who can build positive relationships, encourage independence, and support people to achieve their personal outcomes.
