Company: OPTEC EXPRESS (HK) LIMITED We’re expanding our global air logistics network and actively searching for a long-term remote independent contractor based in the UK or Europe to support our cross-border air freight operations with China & Japan routes.

This is a fully remote flexible collaboration role, ideal for logistics practitioners based in Europe who want stable long-term side/primary remote work with an international freight forwarding firm.

Your Core Responsibilities

\n

\n
1. Daily operation support for international air freight forwarding business
\n
2. Respond to global client business emails independently
\n
3. Sort order data, maintain and update internal operation systems timely
\n
4. Serve as the communication bridge between China HQ team and overseas clients
\n
5. Track whole shipment workflow & follow up on all business progress
\n

Working Schedule Requirement

\n

\n
• Shift coverage: Need to cover working window 13:00 – 06:00 China Standard Time (CST)
\n
• Workload: 5 days per week, around 8 hours daily
\n
• Preference: Candidates seeking long-term, consistent collaboration will be prioritized
\n

'05; Stable home office setup: Reliable internet & complete working devices

'05; Strong time management, reliable and able to commit to long-term cooperation

'05; Proven working experience in international freight forwarding / air logistics industry

\n

'05; Bilingual capability: Mandarin (daily operation core language) + fluent English for global communication; Japanese language skill is a massive bonus

'05; Legal local residency in UK/EU, qualified to provide independent contractor services locally

\n

'05; Able to self-manage all local tax declarations & relevant paperwork independently

1. 国际空运货代全流程业务操作支持

2. 独立处理、回复海内外客户商务邮件

3. 整理订单资料，及时录入更新内部操作系统

4. 对接国内总部与海外客户，负责跨时区信息同步、跨团队协调

5. 全程跟进货物流转链路，追踪业务进度、同步异常信息

工时要求

需可覆盖北京时间 13:00 – 次日 06:00 工作区间 每周 5 天，每日 8 小时左右；能稳定长期合作者优先录用

3. 拥有国际货代 / 空运物流实操从业经验

5. 持有英国 / 欧洲当地合法居留身份，具备当地独立服务商资质

6. 可自行负责个人当地税务申报、相关合规手续
