We're looking for an experiencedCMM Programmerto play a key role in inspecting precision-engineered components and supporting product development from prototype through to final quality control. This is a varied, hands-on role working with the latest metrology equipment in a fast-paced engineering environment.

What you'll do\n
    \n
  • Program and operate CMM equipment (Hexagon/PC-DMIS and Renishaw Agility/MODUS)
  • \n
  • Develop and improve CMM inspection processes
  • \n
  • Support engineering teams throughout product development
  • \n
  • Manage calibration activities and maintain accurate inspection records
  • \n
  • Share knowledge and drive continuous improvement within the metrology team
  • \n
What we're looking for\n
    \n
  • Minimum 3 years' CMM programming experience
  • \n
  • Experience with PC-DMIS and/or MODUS
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T
  • \n
  • Experience in a high-precision manufacturing environment
  • \n
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • \n
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work independently
  • \n
Desirable\n
    \n
  • Fixture/jig design (Fusion 360 or Rhino)
  • \n
  • Statistical Process Control (SPC), MSA or Gauge R&R knowledge
  • \n
  • Data analysis or coding experience
  • \n
