\nWe're looking for an experiencedCMM Programmerto play a key role in inspecting precision-engineered components and supporting product development from prototype through to final quality control. This is a varied, hands-on role working with the latest metrology equipment in a fast-paced engineering environment.
What you'll do\n- \n
- Program and operate CMM equipment (Hexagon/PC-DMIS and Renishaw Agility/MODUS) \n
- Develop and improve CMM inspection processes \n
- Support engineering teams throughout product development \n
- Manage calibration activities and maintain accurate inspection records \n
- Share knowledge and drive continuous improvement within the metrology team \n
- \n
- Minimum 3 years' CMM programming experience \n
- Experience with PC-DMIS and/or MODUS \n
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T \n
- Experience in a high-precision manufacturing environment \n
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills \n
- A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work independently \n
- \n
- Fixture/jig design (Fusion 360 or Rhino) \n
- Statistical Process Control (SPC), MSA or Gauge R&R knowledge \n
- Data analysis or coding experience \n
