Multi-Skilled Engineer\n
\nSalary: c.£55,000 + overtime + benefits Shift Pattern: 12 hours, rotating days and nights\n
\nCommutable from: King's Lynn, Downham Market, Wisbech, Swaffham, Fakenham, Long Sutton\n
\nOur client is a well-established food manufacturing business based in King's Lynn, supplying major retailers across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a Multi-Skilled Engineer to their engineering team.\n
\nThe Role\n
\nCarry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of high-speed production and packaging equipment\n
\nDiagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical breakdowns, minimising downtime\n
\nWork closely with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement\n
\nEnsure all work is completed safely and in line with food safety standards\n
\nMaintain accurate maintenance records via the site's CMMS system\n
\nWhat We're Looking For\n
\nA recognised engineering qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent apprenticeship)\n
\nMulti-skilled engineering background, with solid mechanical and electrical fault-finding experience\n
\nExperience within FMCG, food manufacturing, or a similarly fast-paced production environment\n
\nWillingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift pattern, covering both days and nights\n
\nA proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills\n
