Role Purpose:

\n

To create an engaging and supportive learning environment by delivering interactive workshops that develop learner knowledge, skills and confidence. The role ensures a seamless learner journey through effective workshop coordination, high-quality administration, continuous improvement and a strong commitment to learner wellbeing, safeguarding and educational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workshop Delivery
  • \n
  • Deliver engaging and interactive specialist workshops.
  • \n
  • Facilitate learner participation and encourage an inclusive learning environment.
  • \n
  • Complete teaching and learning reviews following each session. Workshop Coordination & Administration
  • \n
  • Manage workshop reservations and learner bookings.
  • \n
  • Issue invitations and Microsoft Teams joining information.
  • \n
  • Manage workshop communications and Teams chat.
  • \n
  • Update internal systems and maintain accurate learner records.
  • \n
  • Process cancellations and non-attendance in line with procedures. Quality & Continuous Improvement
  • \n
  • Deliver refresher and update training for colleagues.
  • \n
  • Share best practice and contribute to the continual improvement of workshop materials and delivery.
  • \n
  • Maintain your own professional development to ensure knowledge remains current. Collaboration
  • \n
  • Build effective relationships across operational, quality and support teams.
  • \n
  • Contribute positively to team performance and organisational objectives. Safeguarding & Learner Wellbeing
  • \n
  • Promote learner health, wellbeing and positive engagement.
  • \n
  • Recognise, record and report safeguarding concerns in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.

Skills & Experience Required:

\n
    \n
  • Competent to Level 3 in Health and Social Care including current and up to date knowledge of the standards in practice.
  • \n
  • Excellent planning and organising skills
  • \n
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • \n
  • Experience of design and delivery of workshop-based provision is desirable
  • \n
  • A teaching qualification equivalent to Level 3 Award in Education and Training or above, or willing to undertake this qualification is desirable
  • \n
