Precast Concrete Production Operative

Triangle Recruitment is looking to recruiting a Production Operatives to work for a leading UK-based manufacturer of concrete fencing products in the Bedfrod.We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Production Operative to join our concrete manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role working within a busy production environment, supporting the manufacture of high-quality concrete products while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping.Working hours are : Monday to Friday 6:00 till 15:30.No public transport to get to site .Key ResponsibilitiesOperating and supporting concrete production machinery and equipmentAssisting with the mixing, casting, curing, and finishing of concrete productsCarrying out manual handling tasks in line with safe systems of workConducting basic quality checks to ensure products meet specificationKeeping work areas clean, safe, and well organised (5S / housekeeping)Following all Health & Safety procedures and site rules at all timesWorking effectively as part of a production team to meet daily output targetsWhat Were Looking ForIdeally previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or construction or similar environment (concrete experience desirable but not essential)Strong awareness of health and safety in an industrial settingA good level of physical fitness and ability to carry out manual tasksReliable, punctual, and able to work shifts as requiredWillingness to learn and follow instructions accuratelyWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly rate with overtime opportunities - Starting at £13.45Quarterly bonus (based on factory performance)Full training and ongoing supportPPE providedOpportunity for temp-to-perm employment for the right candidateStable work within an established manufacturing businessTPBN1_UKTJ
