Location: Horsham (On‑Site)
\nHours: Full‑Time, Monday–Friday (37.5 hrs) 9am-5:30pm

\nKey Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily Managed Services workflows with accuracy and efficiency \n
- Manage and improve data collection and validation \n
- Monitor service usage trends and escalate issues early \n
- Oversee consumables and supplies, including forecasting and supplier coordination \n
- Support digital ordering and automation system development \n
- Identify and drive process improvements \n
- Handle customer calls professionally and resolve queries quickly \n
- Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers \n
About You
\n- \n
- 2+ years in service administration, service desk or managed services \n
- Excellent organisation, accuracy and time‑management \n
- Strong customer service skills and confident phone manner \n
- Proactive, solution‑focused approach \n
- Strong IT literacy and interest in automation/AI \n
- Ability to analyse data and identify trends \n
- Confident challenging processes and suggesting improvements \n
- Mentoring experience is a bonus \n
