Job Description
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, based on a site in Bewl Water, near Tunbridge Wells, for an experienced Groundworker.\n
\nThe successful candidate will assist with a range of civils and groundworks activities, working alongside excavator operators and other site personnel to ensure works are completed safely and to a high standard.\n
\nKey Duties\n
\n Carry out general groundworks and civil engineering activities. Assist with excavation, drainage, trenching and backfilling. Install and work around underground drainage and pipework. Concrete preparation, shuttering and basic concreting duties. Carry out kerbing, ducting and associated groundwork activities. Assist excavator operators with banksman duties and safe excavation. Work around existing underground services.\n
\nRequirements\n
\n Proven experience as a Groundworker on civils or infrastructure projects. Previous water, utilities or water treatment experience would be advantageous. CSCS Blue Card CPCS/NPORS Dumper and Roller Cat & Genny Advantageous EUSR Water Hygiene or willingness to take the course (Funded)\n
\nWhat our client can offer in return:\n
\n Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5pm £23 per hour 3 month project as a minimum\n
