Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Care (EBD) Full‑time | Mon–Fri 9am–5pm (flexibility required) Competitive salary, £34,000 – £38,000 (DOE) Are you looking to step into a leadership role as a Deputy Manager in a children’s residential home, working for a truly child‑focused service provider? We’re seeking a motivated Deputy Manager in a children’s residential home to support the Registered Manager in running a therapeutic EBD service. Because the organisation invests heavily in career progression, we welcome experienced Senior Support Workers (minimum 2 years) who are ready to step into a more senior role.
