\nCBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based in a commercial building in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.\n
\nThe successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Mechanical building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £45,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.\n

• Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00

Key Duties & Responsibilities\n
\n

\n
• Monitor mechanical plant
\n
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
\n
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
\n
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
\n
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
\n
• Monitor the BMS systems.
\n
• Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
\n
• General building fabric
\n
• Escort specialist subcontractors
\n

Requirements\n
\n

\n
• Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
\n
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
\n
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
\n
• Multi-skilled
\n
• Good communication skills
\n
• Client Facing
\n
