Our client, a well-established and reputable social housing contractor, is currently looking to recruit a qualified Electrician to work across occupied domestic properties. This role covers installations, testing and inspection, and day-to-day reactive repairs within a social housing environment.

The Role\nWorking on a local patch, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical works in tenants' homes, ensuring all work is completed safely, compliantly, and to a high standard. Duties will include:

- Electrical installations and upgrades in domestic properties \n
- Testing, inspection, and certification (EICRs) \n
- Day-to-day responsive and planned maintenance repairs \n
- Fault finding and remedial works \n
- Working in occupied homes and providing excellent customer service \n
- Completing paperwork and reports accurately using handheld devices \n
To be considered for this role, you must have:
\n- \n
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) \n
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations \n
- 2391 or 2394/2395 Testing & Inspection (or equivalent) \n
- Previous experience working within social housing or domestic properties \n
- Full UK driving licence \n
- A professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach \n
