Youll lead our clinical team, ensuring all care meets CQC and Signature standards. Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill mix. \n
- Leading on governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. \n
- Managing budgets, rotas, recruitment, and resource allocation. \n
- Coaching, developing, and supporting your team, including mandatory training and professional development. \n
- Maintaining accurate records and delivering high standards of resident care. \n
- Acting as Deputy General Manager when required. \n

- Current NMC registration (essential). \n
- Proven leadership in a similar role in a care or nursing (desirable) or hospital environment. \n
- Strong understanding of governance, quality assurance, and compliance. \n
- Excellent organisational and communication skills. \n
