This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys variety, taking ownership and working closely with operational teams to make a real impact.Whether you're currently working in administration within construction, manufacturing, logistics or another busy operational environment, if you're highly organised, confident using IT systems and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingReporting to the Senior Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the contracting operation, providing administrative support, coordinating plant activity and ensuring key business processes are managed efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities will include:Recording and maintaining weekly plant allocation information within SAPManaging a range of administrative activities including updating spreadsheets, processing operative timesheets, producing reports and maintaining recordsInvestigating and resolving timesheet queries in a timely mannerSupporting the efficient and cost-effective operation of site and contracting activitiesRaising purchase orders for subcontractors and managing related communicationsReviewing subcontractor payment applications against approved rates and processing payments for approvalMaintaining holiday, absence and return-to-work records for staff and operativesCoordinating training activities and ensuring employee training records remain up to dateSupporting compliance with Health and Safety policies and monitoring mandatory training completionCreating and managing site activities and purchase order requisitions within SAPBuilding positive relationships with suppliers and the wider supply chain to support operational deliveryWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a busy environment where no two days are the same. Suitable candidates will have experience in an administrative role ideally within construction, manufacturing, engineering, logistics or another operational setting.
