One day you may be coordinating international travel and preparing detailed itineraries, the next you could be organising a leadership meeting, pulling together Board presentations or planning a company charity event.You'll play a key role in helping our Executive Leadership Team stay organised, informed and connected, ensuring priorities are managed effectively and everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.What You'll Be DoingKeeping Our Leaders OrganisedYou'll manage complex diaries, coordinate schedules and ensure leadership priorities are planned effectively. You'll work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to understand upcoming commitments, manage key meetings and help leaders make the best use of their time.Coordinating Global TravelFrom international travel arrangements and accommodation bookings to detailed itineraries and visitor logistics, you'll ensure every journey is seamlessly planned and executed.Managing Meetings and EventsYou'll coordinate meetings from start to finish, arranging venues, catering, equipment and supporting materials.
