Temporary assignment

We are recruiting for Post Room Officer to join our large outsourcing client in Northampton. This is a temporary assignment to cover a peak period of work for a month until the end of September, with possible potential to extend.

\n

The role is full time and requires flexibility between 7am-10pm, Monday to Friday.

\n

What you'll be doing -

\n

\n
• Handling manual administrative work
\n
• Preparing customer letters, enveloping and stamping
\n
• Ensuring accuracy on all customer orders
\n
• Working in a busy environment
\n
• Working in a repetitive role
\n

\n

What we're looking for -

\n

\n
• Previous experience in a similar role - administration, data entry, post room
\n
• Comfortable working in a repetitive role
\n
• Able to work in a busy environment to achieve targets
\n
• Confident working individually
\n
• Can commit to a full time role for at least the month of September
\n
