Key Duties & Responsibilities for our Maintenance Engineer Team Leader:

• To lead and coordinate a team of 3 Engineers
\n
• Effectively manage the daily workload of the department
\n
• Lead and support the engineering team in planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance
\n
• Troubleshoot complex equipment failures to minimise downtime
\n
• Ensure health and safety compliance
\n
• Responsible for completing all paperwork and reporting
\n
• Day-to-day parts ordering
\n

Essential Skills and Experience Requiredfor our Maintenance Engineer Team Leader:

\n
• A proactive, hands-on approach
\n
• A team player with proven leadership capability
\n
• Knowledge and implementation of 5S methodology, lean techniques and quality focus
\n
• ISO exposure
\n
• PLC experience (Mitsubishi preferred) is a requirement for this position
\n

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
