Working closely with Sales, Technical, Marketing, and Leadership teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping product strategy, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customers receive innovative, high-quality solutions.
\nKey Responsibilities - Product Manager

- Own and develop the product portfolio, driving growth, profitability, and market share. \n
- Create and deliver product strategies and roadmaps aligned to customer and business requirements. \n
- Lead new product launches, ensuring successful introduction to the market. \n
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks. \n
- Work closely with Sales, Technical, and Marketing teams to maximise product performance and customer value. \n
- Act as the product specialist, providing technical and commercial support to customers and colleagues. \n
- Develop and deliver product training to improve product knowledge across the business. \n
- Support continuous improvement by driving product enhancements and resolving product-related issues. \n
- Ensure products comply with relevant industry standards and specifications. \n
Skills & Experience - Product Manager
\n- \n
- Experience in Product Management, Technical Sales, Product Engineering, or a similar role within an engineering environment. \n
- Strong understanding of mechanical products, valves, fittings, fluid control, or related technologies. \n
- Commercially aware with experience managing product performance and market opportunities. \n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. \n
- Technical or engineering background, supported by practical project management experience. \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. \n
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and business systems such as ERP or CRM platforms. \n
