Assessor DSE (Display Screen Equipment) £28,860.00 plus car allowance Watford Permanent Full-Time We’re growing our DSE (Display Screen Equipment) Assessor team and looking for someone who wants to help others feel better and work more comfortably. What you’ll do: * Help individuals improve their workstation setup by completing face to face or remote DSE Assessments, providing practical and effective ergonomic solutions. * Deliver expert recommendations: Create clear and concise written reports outlining recommended ergonomic products and strategies. * Build and maintain client relationships: Act as a primary point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and support. * Identify new business opportunities: Use your keen eye to identify opportunities for Posturite's various divisions and collaborate with our sales teams. * Support product installations: Assist with setting up and configuring ergonomic equipment, including chairs, desks, and other related products. * Meet key performance indicators (KPIs): Consistently achieve agreed-upon goals for assessments, report turnaround times, and customer satisfaction. You’ll thrive if you: * Are naturally empathetic and a great communicator * Have an interest in the human body, ergonomics, or wellbeing * Come from a background in sports science, physiology, or similar (preferred but not essential!) * Want to be out and about each day, and enjoy driving to appointments in and around the Watford, London and the home counties of England Whether you’re a recent graduate or making a career shift into health & wellbeing, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a meaningful and growing field.
