We are hiring on below: Job Overview: Job Role: Plasterer /Multi Trade Location: Dartford Duration: Temp to Perm Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Payrate: £24.57 - £26.97 Umbrella Start date: ASAP Will be provided below: Company van. Fuel card. PPE (excluding safety boots). Materials required to complete works Responsibilities Carry out plastering, patch repairs, tiling, painting, decorating to a high standard Undertake plumbing repairs and minor installations (desirable) Perform carpentry duties including repairs and basic joinery (desirable) Support with a broad range of general property maintenance duties Work effectively both independently and within a team Ensure all work meets safety, quality and customer service standards.Qualification: Strong plastering skills Ideally NVQ Level 2 Working knowledge of plumbing and carpentry Ability to diagnose faults and deliver effective repairs Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail Experience working in tenanted properties Familiar with PDA usage Additional trade qualifications NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 minimum Clean, valid UK driving licence DBS check (or willingness to undertake) Eligible to work in the UK (proof required) Professional, customer-focused presentation If interested, please call Manan on (phone number removed) or you can reply on Eden Brown is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
